The Statewide Waiver Program lets skiers and riders complete a single liability waiver that is recognized at participating Minnesota ski areas. This saves time at the counter and streamlines rentals, lessons, and programs across the state.

How It Works

1. Complete the statewide waiver online once per season.
2. Your waiver is recorded and recognized by participating member areas.
3. Check in faster for rentals, lessons, and programs at any participating location.
